WHY HAVE A TRAINER?

One of the main reasons individuals will work with a trainer is for accountability. Through online services, my clients check in with me on a routine basis. For those who feel they need added guidance, phone consultations can be arranged as well. Usually 20-30 minutes time is needed.

 
 

What you'll get

Whether you're a busy mom ready to get back into shape or are needing to take your fitness program up a few notches, I've got you covered.

From month to month you'll have custom workouts, including strength and mobility training is delivered weekly via my personal app (based on your goals and fitness level) that can be viewed on a web browser or mobile device app. I know you’re busy, so you can complete these workouts on your own time in the comfort of your own home or gym.  I’m here to keep you 100% accountable, checking in on you every step of the way.  Demo videos with step by step direction with warm up, training session and cool down are included.   

We’ll start our journey together by setting up a 30 minute virtual meeting to go over your health history, goals, desires and needs. This will allow me to customize a workout plan made JUST FOR YOU! We’ll then continue to check in via app. tracking your progress all the way, with me by your side.  If we need to set up a phone call or Zoom, that can also be done if changes need to be made along the way.  

And it doesn’t stop there. You’ll have access to me anytime throughout the week in the workout app. Not sure if you’re performing an exercise correctly? Send me a video, and I can check your form. You’re going out of town and need to change your schedule? No problem, shoot me a message and I’ll change up your weekly program.

 
 

NUTRITION COACHING + PERSONAL TRAINING

What to eat can be confusing, but it doesn’t have to be. 

If you’re looking for a meal plan that you can print out and follow, then I’m not the coach for you. Why? Because everyone has different needs, preferences, goals, allergies… And what happens if you have a busy week and can’t meal prep or decide to go out to eat? 

Just like a workout, not one plan fits all. We will work together to unveil struggles and goals and come up with an action plan that's right for YOU to make healthy habits for a lifetime. 

We’ll start our relationship with getting to know each other in a virtual 30-minute meeting via Zoom. Here we will discuss your health history, past diet successes and failures, goals for the future, food preferences, and so much more! At our monthly meetings, you’ll have an action plan with assignments to complete throughout our time together.  These assignments will help guide you toward your ultimate goals by keeping you 100% ACCOUNTABLE! 

We’ll continue to meet virtually every month, preferably at the same time for 30 minutes, and have accountability check-ins and communication throughout the week via the app.  If are looking for a more in-depth experience, consider my 1-1 VIP Coaching Program that runs weekly for 1 hour for 90 days, where we focus on behavioral modifications and patterns, limiting beliefs, unhealthy relationships with food, and much, much more.

This holistic approach to wellness encompasses the full body, meaning we’ll hit your fitness, nutrition and behavior needs in one punch. When these areas work together in harmony, the outcome is quicker and much more impactful. 

When starting your journey with me, the first step is to book a discovery call with me, covering all your background fitness, nutrition, the stories that no longer serve you and health history. We’ll dig deep into what your goals are and what you really need to reach them.  This is a partnership and an investment in your health.  From this call, I will cut through the overwhelming thoughts, behaviors and limiting beliefs to really help you understand what we need to move forward as a partnership. 

If you are scared, confused, unsure what to even eat or what direction to take next.  I will help you cut through all the overwhelming information.  You will be guided to follow your intuition in practical and doable steps to improve your health and well-being and find encouragement with my proven 90-day program to stay on track with the new changes in your life.

 

Each week will include a 1-hour intimate call to discuss your successes, struggles, unravel outdated stories you tell yourself in order to keep yourself safe, and implement a new action plan for the week. You’ll also receive, within this package, customized personal training workouts to assist in reaching your goals, if, of course, this is our main goal together. All this will be delivered to you in a simple and easy mobile app or web browser format with direct messaging for any questions, concerns, or hiccups along the way.

As you uncover the ways you’ve been holding yourself back from living as your most authentic self, we’ll incorporate active practices that will transform your subconscious mind.  This is one of the most important parts with our time together, is unraveling the spider web we weave deep down inside in order to keep ourselves safe and comfortable. Old habits die hard, especially when you are not aware of how to access them.  This is where our work together begins.
