Protein Packed Asian Beef Bowl
What is the purpose of a Buddha bowl?
Other than striving to achieve balance in your health, the Buddha bowl has nothing to do with Buddhism. Also known as Hippie, Sunshine and Macro bowls, Buddha bowls combine whole grains, raw or roasted veggies, protein and are usually topped with a delicious dressing and seeds.
Spicy Coconut Lime Chicken Soup
In the winter, I make a ton of soup. Like every week, I make soup! I kid you not, after healing from SIBO I quickly learned after many elimination diets that I felt better on all veggies that were cooked or made into a soup. Not many people know this, but eating cooked veggies are so much easier to digest than raw, so if you are experiencing more than normal bloating or distention, I highly recommend trying to steam or cook your veggies.

Stuffed Red Pepper Soup
Soup is a great way to stay warm, reduce calories and maintain nutritional intake during the winter months. Soup has many health benefits if you prepare it correctly. Soups can support your immune system when you've been cooped up indoors during the winter. I eat A LOT of soups, like almost every day in the winter. I love them because when my food is cooked through, you digest it so much easier.

Salad recipes are my favorite way to showcase vibrant, in-season produce, which consist of fruits and veggies that are so good on their own that you don’t need to do much to make them into a delicious meal. This is The Best Salad + Strawberries & Blueberries Citrus Vinaigrette. The perfect salad for any time honestly, spring and summer is my fav! When it gets a bit cooler out, I like to simply brighten up our dinner table with a colorful mix of veggies and hearty greens.
