Pumpkin Benefits For Skin

You know, I love my skincare routine so if you start to pay attention to the tags of a few of your lotions or face creams, you might find some contain pumpkin. Pumpkin contains vitamin A, C, and E, and antioxidants, which help fight sun damage and wrinkles. It also has fruit enzymes that help naturally exfoliate dead skin cells. Finally, it contains zinc and potassium to combat redness.

It reminds of our new AHA Exfoliating Mask that uses bamboo for a natural external exfoliation and aids in exfoliating dead skin cells.

I am serious about taking good care of my skin and weekly, I get asked what my skincare routine looks like.
