Psych-K Balance Statements + Fear of Flying

Last week I flew to California, for a few days of relaxation. It was so nice to get away. Typically, the mere thought of getting on a plane would send me in to overdrive with my central nervous system. My fear of flying was real and lived inside my body for many, many years. Some of the reasons some people are afraid to fly are a fear of crashing, a fear of being out of control, a fear of the unknown, a fear of heights, having lost a loved one in a plane crash and feeling claustrophobic. If you can believe it, I experienced all of the above emotions every single time I flew on an airplane.

As a Psych-K Facilitator, I decided to really put my work to the ultimate test, which was working on reprogramming my subconscious to fly relaxed and with ease.

In Psych-K, you work on creating a balance statement to better support you. Balance statements in PSYCH-K® are the processes used to change subconscious beliefs, and involve a combination of body postures, movement and breath work, depending on the Balance.

PSYCH-K® Balance Statement:

Prior to leaving the night before my flight, I thought why not try to reprogram my subsconscious to be able to fly relaxed and with ease? My exact Balance Statement was: I fly relaxed and with ease.

In most balance or goal statements you will see, they are very similar to affirmations. You can certainly use them as affirmations if you like, but a Balance is far more effective and powerful than an affirmation.

You might be wondering what goal statements could be used for a general Psych-K Balance Process. I’m going to give you a few ideas for goal statements. Please note, you don’t have to use these exact words. Honestly, the BEST statement for you will be something that resonates with you, or you feel is holding you back in your life. I encourage you to make it your own. Typically, within a Psych-K Session we will coach around what is showing up within your life, the major issues at hand and then develop a unique goal statement.

Health & Body

RELEASE ALL THOUGHTS AND BEHAVIORS THAT DO NOT SERVE YOU. ADD THESE BALANCE STATEMENTS TO BE FREE TO BE HEALTHY AND RELEASE EMOTIONAL TRAUMA TRIGGERS.

  • I treat my body with love, respect and admiration.

  • I am my ideal weight.

  • I am healthy, and my body heals itself every day.

  • I am spiritually, emotionally and physically healthy today and every day of my wonderful life.

  • I know and feel every cell in my body is working for me in an abundant manner and knows how to heal itself.

  • My body heals itself naturally and quickly.

  • My cells know exactly what to do with the food I eat.

  • It’s safe, fun, and easy for me to be slim and healthy.

  • It’s safe to eat to fullness and live happily.

  • I see beauty in all part of my body.

  • My mind is adjusting my body metabolism to achieve and maintain my ideal weight.

  • I deserve and accept vibrant health and wellness into my life.

  • I see beauty in all parts of my body.

  • I rest peacefully and contently every night, knowing that my body is healing and rejuvenating while I sleep.

  • I savor and appreciate every bite of food.

  • I make healthy food choices that support my body every day.

  • My body knows exactly how to digest and use the food I ingest.

Relationships

DO YOU CRAVE MORE CONTENT RELATIONSHIPS WITH YOUR PARTNERS, FRIENDS, FAMILY, AND CO-WORKERS?

  • It is easy for me to give love to others.

  • It is easy for me to receive love from others.

  • I am enough.

  • I am worthy of an intimate, passionate relationship.

  • I am ready for a powerful romantic relationship in my life now.

  • I fully trust and understand that the universe will only bring me loyal, supporting and loving relationships.

  • I am clear about what I want in a relationship.

  • I am willing to risk loving and being loved.

  • I am comfortable and confident expressing my sexuality in my relationship.

  • I set healthy boundaries with my partner.

  • I allow myself to be vulnerable and sensitive in a relationship.

  • I allow others to learn the lessons in a relationship.

  • My journey is sending me the partner I am destined to have.

  • My loved ones love, respect, support and accept me for who I am.

  • I love who I am and who I am becoming.

Abundance

LIVE IN FULL ABUNDANCE WITH GREATER PROSPERITY. ENJOY ACHIEVEMENTS IN MANY FORMS AND EXPERIENCES.

  • I trust myself to manage money honestly and sensibly.

  • I have a wonderful business, in a wonderful way, and I give wonderful service for wonderful pay.

  • I am a money magnet.

  • I am worthy of the wealth I desire.

  • I believe there is enough money for everyone.

  • I make money easily.

  • I am worthy of the wealth I desire.

  • Money is a wonderful tool that I use to create possibility for myself and for others.

  • I am open and receptive to all the wealth life offers me.

  • I am aligned with the energy of abundance.

  • Money comes to me easily and effortlessly.

  • Every day, I am becoming more prosperous.

  • I accept and receive unexpected money.

  • I am grateful for everything that I receive.

  • I’m financially abundant, and money comes to me naturally.

  • Money is a wonderful tool I use to create possibility for myself and others.

  • I attract money to me easily and effortlessly.

  • I am calm and confident when I have money, and when my bank account is empty.

  • I receive and accept money with love and gratitude.

  • I am a wealthy entrepreneur who is living life on my own terms.

  • I radiate wealth, abundance, and prosperity.

  • I am prosperous in all areas of my life.

  • My actions create constant wealth, prosperity, and abundance.

Grief & Loss

FORGIVE YOURSELF AND MOVE ON. RELEASE THE PAST AND OTHERS TO BE FREE OF GUILT, TRAUMA AND ANXIETY.

  • I forgive and release all those who have caused me pain.

  • I release all guilt, shame, and blame from my past thoughts and actions.

  • I fill my mind with positive, nurturing, and healing thoughts.

  • I acknowledge my feelings as a necessary part of my healing process.

  • I forgive myself for all those who I’ve caused pain.

  • I release the painful past and enthusiastically look forward to the good that awaits me now.

  • I know when it is time to let go, and I do so easily.

  • Everything happens in divine timing.

  • Although I grieve for what I lost, I know that a greater good will follow.

  • I forgive (name of person) for leaving me.

  • I forgive my mother and father for their flaws.

  • I can feel the happy even when clouds are overhead.

  • I forgive myself for love and affection I withheld in anger from myself and others.

  • I have faith in my future and myself.

Spirituality

USING PSYCH-K BELIEF CHANGE TECHNIQUES, YOU CAN CHECK TO SEE WHAT YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS PROGRAMS ARE REGARDING YOUR SPIRITUAL AND RELIGIOUS BELIEFS.

  • I am in alignment with my higher self.

  • I am a necessary part of the Divine plan.

  • I expect miracles as a natural part of my life.

  • The source of my contentment and joy lives within me.
